This listing is for a Remanufactured Johnson/Evinrude 75/90 HP 3-Cylinder ETEC Powerhead, which will fit the following models:

  • 75/90 HP Models from 2004 to 2005
  • 75/90 HP Models from 2006 to 2007
  • 75/90 HP Models from 2008 to 2012

The distributor requires a model number before shipping, so please add that in the order notes if available. The displacement of all models of this powerhead measured in Cubic Inches is 79.

On our remanufactured powerheads, the cylinders have been bored to a maximum of .030, the pistons, rings, wristpins, and all bearings have been replaced; additionally, the powerhead has been repainted.

A Gasket Kit is included in the order, as is a Limited One-Year Warranty. An additional Twelve-Month Extended Warranty is available for $370.00. 

There is no additional core charge. A core return label will be sent with the replacement powerhead, at which point the original powerhead can be returned for inspection. If the core passes inspection, a refund check of up to $100.00 will be issued to the buyer; otherwise, the core will be scrapped and not returned.

Shipping will be through 3-Day Ground for a flat fee of $79.00. Increased fees will apply for Alaska, Hawaii, other US Territories, and International Shipping.

Jeep Grand Cherokee debuts Chrysler V6

The new engine greatly simplifies Chrysler's powertrain offerings and helps the company save money by improving economies of scale.
