TERMS OF SALE (TOS)

SHIPPING - We ship items to all 50 states and some international locations. Buyer shall pay freight or shipping costs based on address and packaged weight. For items sold as Local Pickup Only (LPO) buyer shall be responsible to arrange and pay all associated freight or shipping costs including crating. All LPO items are sold as-is and where-is. We will load local pickup (LP) items for free. We will not be responsible for items lost or damaged in shipping and all shipping claims must be handled by the buyer. We do combine shipping for multiple item winners. We try to ship small items within 1-5 days and heavy UPS or freight items within 4-7 days of cleared payment. Shipping transit time can take up to 2 weeks or more depending on the service selected, so please, please do not email asking if we shipped your item until said period of time has passed.

PAYMENT - Payment must be made within 5 days. We accept Paypal Payments. We do file Unpaid Item Disputes on all non-paying bidders.

CUSTOMER SERVICE - We make every reasonable effort to ensure customer satisfaction, but it is necessary for you to communicate with us. All Shipping and associated fees are non-refundable under any circumstance. No refunds, concessions or exchanges will be accepted after posting neutral or negative feedback. ALL correspondence must be sent via eBay due to spam filters emails outside of the eBay system will not receive a response. We are a small family just trying to make ends meet and this is not a full time job for us so we may not respond to questions and emails as prompt as you would like because we only list and ship 2 days a week and our weekends are for family time.

MISC NOTES - THERE ARE NO WARRANTIES WHICH EXTEND BEYOND THE DESCRIPTION ON THE FACE HEREOF, AND ALL WARRANTIES ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED, INCLUDING ANY AND ALL WARRANTIES FOR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS. If its NOT specifically described or found in the photos it is NOT included. LPO items must be picked up within 14 days. The customer is responsible for all taxes, fees and or duties. Photos in auctions are not to scale. Due to numerous coordination problems small items are NOT available for local pickup and must be shipped. Items not paid for within the specified time frame will be reported and re-listed. Any item not picked up within the specified time frame will be re-listed and any deposit or payments will be forfeited as storage and handling fees. All deposits are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, codes or ordinances associated with the item, ownership and use.
