Repair Service 1991 To 2001 International Truck Semi Gauge Cluster Speedometer on 2040-parts.com
Racine, Wisconsin, United States
1991 - 2001 International Truck, Semi, Bus Speedometer Repair Service Who are we? We are an international speedometer sales, repair, and component distribution company founded in 2011. We maintain the values of a small, family run business while we continue to grow on a global scale. Our direct number is 262-456-4147. What is this service? We repair intermittent power issues, gauges that work "in and out" and total gauge power loss when going over rough roads or bumps, or when the truck heats up or cools down. We will check and replace any cluster lighting that has failed. This service will NOT repair individual gauge problems, broken gauges, gauges out of calibration, or physical damage. If you have other problems please contact us. What happens when you click "buy it now"? 1) Remove your cluster. It usually unscrews and is removed with simple hand tools. 2) Properly package your cluster by taking it to a FedEX or UPS store. You can also view our shipping recommendations here: Ship your item to our facility: 3) Our turnaround time is generally 1-3 business days after receipt. Sometimes this is extended based on repair volume. Our office number is 262-456-4147 if you have questions. After the repair, the cluster still does not work or is broken: This repair will not solve air bag warning lights or messages unrelated to the cluster. If you plug the cluster in and it still does not work the problem exists outside of your cluster or the cluster was replaced at some point with the the wrong part number for your vehicle. We test and take pictures of every cluster that we repair. We do not ship clusters that are not functioning as they should. Diagnostics, testing, and labor fee: In the rare event that we are unable to repair your item we MAY charge a labor fee. We will ONLY do this if we spend a fair amount of time working on your cluster and we have prior consent. The standard labor for clusters and large items is $69.99 plus return shipping (or the auction amount if lower) The labor for small items and repairs valued between $10 and $50 is waived and you will only be charged for return shipping if you want the item back. We are generally not able to repair an item is if someone else already attempted a repair and failed or if there is main board hardware or software damage, physical, internal electronic, or similar other damage. If you do not want the item back, we will generally pay you the current core value for your item if it is an item we can use anything from before discarding it. |

Volkswagen NCC concept
Wed, 20 Jan 2010Volkswagen's New Compact Coupe (NCC) concept previews the next Jetta, but with two-doors rather than four. The car's front - minus the hybrid-style closed grille - pretty much represents the new face of the sixth-generation production Jetta due on sale this November, and its syling is informed by the latest Polo as well as some recent concepts from the German brand. Read our opinion of the NCC concept's design in our 2010 Detroit Auto Show Highlights, and see more photos of the showcar in the photo gallery below.
Toyoda testimony: As automaker grew, safety suffered
Tue, 23 Feb 2010Toyota Motor Corp. president Akio Toyoda plans to tell lawmakers on Wednesday that the company regrettably chased growth at the expense of safety in recent years, and he will announce steps to improve Toyota's handling of customer complaints. Toyoda's written testimony to the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee says the automaker's priorities “became confused.” “We pursued growth over the speed at which we were able to develop our people and our organization,” Toyoda says.
Gift Guide: Automotive apparel for all seasons
Tue, 30 Nov 2010From the earliest days of motoring, the relationship between automobiles and apparel has been symbiotic. Clothing worn by Brass Era car and motorcycle buffs was adopted mostly to protect drivers from the elements, rather than from the hazards of speed. Floor-length dusters, motoring coats and driving caps shielded motorists from cold wind and choking dust.
