What is this service?  We repair your dim or blank digital compass and temperature display. Please do not attempt to repair this item before sending it to us. If your compass is stuck on "CAL" it cannot be repaired.

What happens when you click "buy it now"?

2) Properly package your compass by taking it to a FedEX or UPS store. You can ship it via USPS for a few dollars via First Class or Priority. You can also view our shipping recommendations here:

3) Our turnaround time is generally 1-3 business days after receipt.  Sometimes this is extended based on repair volume. Our office number is 262-456-4147 if you have questions.

Diagnostics, testing, and labor fee:  In the rare event that we are unable to repair your item we MAY charge a labor fee. We will ONLY do this if we spend a fair amount of time working on your cluster and we have prior consent.

The standard labor for clusters and large items is $69.99 plus return shipping (or the auction amount if lower)

The labor for small items and repairs valued between $10 and $50 is waived and you will only be charged for return shipping if you want the item back.

We are generally not able to repair an item is if someone else already attempted a repair and failed or if there is main board hardware or software damage, physical, internal electronic, or similar other damage.

If you do not want the item back, we will generally pay you the current core value for your item if it is an item we can use anything from before discarding it.
