Audi TTS Competition celebrates 500k TTs sold
Thu, 15 Aug 2013The Audi TTS Competition (pictured) celebrates 500k TTs built It started off as something of a hairdressers car, but over the course of its 15 year history – and two iterations – the Audi TT has grown to be a credible sport car and a decent seller for Audi. That’s meant a total of 500,000 TTs have been solid since the TT first hit showrooms back in 1998, so Audi are celebrating with a new limited edition model – the Audi TTS Competition. The TTS Competition will be limited to just 500 units and will come in a choice of either Imola Yellow and Nimbus Grey, as a coupe or a roadster.
Is the McLaren P1 order book about to close?

We’ve had the reveal of the P1 Concept – and seen it floating round the world as McLaren drum up potential customers with enormous bottomless pockets – and we’ve even seen the P1 on the move as McLaren shake down the development version of the P1. But so far we haven’t had the full specs of the P1 revealed and, as far as we can tell, McLaren hasn’t even divulged the full details of the P1′s power and performance to potential customers – no matter how wealthy they are.
Porsche 918 Spyder finally debuts at Frankfurt motor show
Mon, 09 Sep 2013Porsche initiated the final act in its drawn-out 918 Spyder introduction, revealing the production version of the 214-mph gasoline-electric hybrid two-seater at the Frankfurt motor show. The car will be produced on a dedicated line at Porsche's Zuffenhausen factory in Germany starting Sept. 12.
