Alfa Romeo MiTo Maserati – the courtesy car
Wed, 27 Jan 2010The Alfa Romeo MiTo Maserati - the Maserati courtesy car As you’ll know if you read here regularly, we like the Alfa Romeo MiTo. Sure, it has its faults (what car doesn’t) but it’s very stylish, remarkably well put together (certainly for an Alfa), fun to drive and holds its value well (which is a real first for Alfa Romeo). Mercedes A-class AMG (2012) spied on video
Sun, 11 Sep 20112012 Mercedes A-Class AMG caught on video in Germany We had the very impressive-looking Mercedes A-Concept at the Shanghai Motor Show back in April, and the less than impressive-looking new Mercedes A-Class patent drawings a while later. And now we have the first spy video of the range-topping 2012 Mercedes A-Class AMG caught blatting round Stuttgart. We had high hopes for the new A-Class – which will arrive sometime in 2012 – when we saw what Mercedes had done with the A Concept, but that turned to disappointment when the more prosaic patent drawings appeared.
Chevrolet Orlando MPV Paris debut
Thu, 26 Aug 2010The Chevrolet Orlando MPV (left) seems a bit bland after the concept (right) Chevrolet first penned the idea of the Chevrolet Orlando with a concept in 2008 (which you can see on the right in the picture above). That has now turned in to the production Orlando which will debut at the Paris Motor Show in October, but it does seem to have lost something in the process of going from concept to production. Quelle surprise (well, it is the Paris Motor Show).
