This regulator replaces Volvo Penta 3858967 Fuel regulator.  and I have installed the 21491831 - regulator e-clip that volvo wants you to have.

You are supposed to remove the screen at the bottom  and replace it with volvo 21491831 c-clip.  I have installed this clip

on it for you already because volvo says remove screen and install.  The o rings on the ones you will receive are GREEN.  The regulator and clip retail for $230!

There are no returns so be sure a regulator is what you need to repair your fuel issues  - It is not a volvo penta part, they do not make their own regulators, they have other oem's make them.

THIS IS THE LAST ONES I HAVE WITH THE CLIPS - THE CLIPS ARE BACK ORDERED

CCS - AISI project 2007

Wed, 26 Sep 2007

The college for Creative Studies (CCS) has been teaming up with the American Iron and Steel Institute (AISI) since 1989, bringing together imaginative automotive design and steel, the material of choice in the industry. As did last year's program, this summer also saw three engineering students from the University of Michigan (UM) join three CCS transportation design students to develop a concept car. Revolving around an 'Inside Out' theme, students conceptualized, rendered and created a concept vehicle based on a steel exoskeleton design.

BMW Vision Gran Turismo

Wed, 14 May 2014

Ok, so it's only a virtual car for the computer game with which it shares its name, but the BMW Vision Gran Turismo is the result of a project undertaken by the BMW design and engineering departments in Munich. Loosely based around the 2 Series, the car is a neat amalgamation of current BMW design themes and the flamboyance of 1970s touring cars. You don't have to look too hard to see the influence of the CSL Batmobile and fire-spitting E21 320i Turbos.

Audi shows S3 Sportback (2013) – but is a used S3 a better buy?

Wed, 13 Feb 2013

Here’s Audi’s S3 Sportback, the five-door version of the 296bhp Quattro hot hatch unveiled last year. The S3 Sportback takes 5sec flat to accelerate from 0 to 62mph, that’s one-tenth of a second quicker than Audi’s official figure for its three-door stablemate. That’s because the initial 5.1sec S3 time was only an estimate, and Audi’s subsequent tests have shown the three-door S3 actually dipping below five seconds in the 0-62mph sprint.
