New Jeep Renegade arrives: Geneva Motor Show

The new Jeep Renegade debuts at Geneva There’s plenty of choice if you want an compact faux SUV for the urban jungle, but the new Jeep Renegade – revealed at the Geneva Motor Show – promises to be able to do real off-road stuff as well as be a City warrior. Infiniti reveals hood of the JX crossover

The slow reveal of the Infiniti JX crossover ahead of its debuts at the Pebble Beach Concours d'Elegance in August and the Los Angeles auto show in November continued on Thursday with a photo showing the seven-seat crossover's hood and grille. Infiniti plans to put the JX on sale in early 2012. The crossover will be built at Nissan's plant in Smyrna, Tenn., and will share its platform with the Nissan Altima, Maxima and Murano.

Despite the Honda Coupe's 'concept' designation, this car essentially previews the ninth-generation model set to go on sale later this year. Proportionally the new car is an evolution of the outgoing model, with a slim side profile and elongated tail. Its lamp, grille and window graphics also build on the existing themes but have been refined to add more balance and definition to the car's detailing.
