Mopar 68-71 C-body 70-71 E-body & 71 B-body 2sp wiper motor The rivets were removed and the motor was completely dissembled. An NOS switch and upper body was installed. Also an NOS idler gear was also installed. After a complete cleaning it was reassembled checked for proper operation and painted. Then set of NOS bushings and grommets were installed This is a reversing motor as evidenced by the 1 brass terminal and 5/16s stud It only fits these applications. |

Automakers should disable technologies that distract drivers, U.S. says
Fri, 17 Feb 2012The U.S. Department of Transportation on Thursday released its long-awaited guidelines on distracted driving, calling on automakers to disable applications that allow drivers to manually access social media, surf the Web or send text messages while on the road. The recommendations also seek to prevent any in-car technologies that require drivers to use both hands or take their eyes off the road for more than two seconds.
Road funding must increase, say MPs
Wed, 07 May 2014THERE needs to be a big increase in Government funding and a change of approach for England's major road network if predicted traffic increases are correct, according to MPs. But any move towards using road charging to pay for the extra funding couldn't be achieved without broad agreement among politicians and motorists, said the House of Commons Transport Committee. In a report the committee added that it was "not convinced" by the case for establishing the Highways Agency, the body responsible for England's motorways and major A-roads, as a Government-owned company.
