Offered is an original Holley Carburetor as assembled on 1928 Model A Fords.  The top and bottom assemblies are matching Holley with the top unmarked and the bottom has an "H" on embossed on it.  This carburetor has been stripped to bare, shiny metal and all passages have been cleared.  It was painted with flat, fuel resistant lacquer, to copy the original flat black (Japan Black) finish.  Correctly assembled per the Judging Standards.  Choke and accelerator levers are forged brass.  The idle air adjustment screw is 3/8"  brass heat with pressed cap.  All jets are the correct original jets with numbers stamped on them for this year and Holley body, including #19 Compensator jet and #21 Cap jet...neither of these are being reproduced.  The correct jets will cause this carburetor to operate as originally designed.  The float valve has been upgraded to a modern Viton seal, to prevent leaks and the float has been correctly adjusted.  All new gaskets and seals included and installed.  This carburetor is restored to 1928  specifications, but it will operate on any Model A Ford. I do not have a Model A engine to test run it on, so it need final adjustments including the idle screw and choke driver.

By Ben Pulman First Official Pictures 08 August 2008 00:01 This is Aston Martin’s new One-77, an ultra-exclusive £1.2m supercar-cum-work-of-art. A maximum 77 of these bespoke creations will be produced, hence the name, each one underpinned by an all-new carbonfibre chassis that supports a 7.0-litre V12 and handcrafted aluminium bodywork. One-77 is merely the project’s working title – the fastest, most exclusive Aston supercar ever will have a snappier name by 2009, when deliveries begin.

New Dacia SUV gets old name--Duster

Tue, 08 Dec 2009

A new Duster is ready to take to the roads, but you won't find it at a Plymouth dealership--and not because there aren't any Plymouth dealerships left. This new Duster comes from Romanian carmaker Dacia, which is owned by Renault, and the Duster is a small SUV. It uses the low-cost Logan platform that has spawned several car and small-van models.

Rolls Royce EX200 (RR4 / Ghost) breaks cover early

Thu, 19 Feb 2009

The Rolls Royce EX200 Concept unveiled ahead of its Geneva debut [ad#ad-1] Well, this was supposed to be embargoed until tomorrow, but if the Daily Telegraph are prepared to jump the gun, I suppose we may as well jump on their coach and run it as well! After more spy shots of the Rolls Royce RR4 than I care to remember, and teaser images and trickles of details, we finally have some concrete information, and some images, to put meat on the bones of the new Baby Rolls Royce. But apparently we shouldn’t call it the ‘Baby’ RR, as Rolls Royce insists that the new car, which will be almost exactly the same as this concept, will be built to the same exacting standards as the flagship Phantom.
