SCCA Solo legal numbers for your autocross car. These numbers are made from our custom designed re-usable vinyl material.
SOLOTIME reusable vinyl products allow you to apply temporary numbers to your car and re-use them event after event. The extra thick material helps prevent tearing or stretching the numbers when they are removed. The low tack adhesive numbers come on a paper backing that allows you to store them between events. This material is perfect for high speed events, or for plastic, fiberglass or aluminum panelled cars that cannot use magnetic material. Special Note: As with any sticky product, if the paint on the vehicle is not sound, damage may occur when removing these numbers. Your purchase includes two digit numbers for BOTH SIDES of the car, plus up to three class letters, also for BOTH SIDES of the car. Numbers are 8" tall and class letters are 4" tall in our "Block Font" and available in your choice of White or Black Color. These are loose numbers - meaning you can re-arrange the numbers and letters to suit you, or add more later. Additional 8" numbers are available, with the original purchase, for $7.00 per pair. Fri, 08 Jun 2012Lexus has unveiled its ES350 and ES300h luxury sedans as part of the 2013 generation of the brand's ES lineup since its introduction over twenty years ago. The new ES remains front-wheel drive but has a lower, longer profile than its predecessor and also incorporates the brand’s signature spindle grille, with the "L" design motif reflected in the LED daytime running lights and rear lamps. The 2013 ES is 25mm longer at 4895mm, with a wheelbase of 2819mm, up 46mm.
New Porsche SUV could be called Cajun
Mon, 27 Sep 2010Volkswagen AG CEO Martin Winterkorn said a new Porsche small SUV will be brought to market soon as part of plans to expand the sports car brand's lineup to boost sales. Winterkorn said Porsche will get "a new SUV, a smaller brother to the Cayenne which might be named Cajun." He was speaking in an interview with German magazine Der Spiegel that was published Monday. Volkswagen is taking over Porsche Automobil Holding SE's carmaking operations as the companies build on a partnership that includes sharing vehicle platforms.
Toyota charity puts boots on the ground in Detroit
Wed, 09 Jan 2013For the second year in a row, Toyota has chosen to celebrate the opening of the Detroit auto show with a philanthropic gesture. In order to help homeless women and children in the Detroit area, Toyota's “Walk in my Boots” community project will partner with Moosejaw, a Michigan-based outdoor retailer, to donate new boots to residents of The Salvation Army Denby Center for Children and Family Services in Detroit. Toyota will also be providing a luncheon buffet for the residents when they deliver the boots and donating $10,000 to the facility to help with operations' costs.
