IAM offers advice for windy driving

Peter Rodger, the IAM's chief examiner, has offered the following tips for driving in high winds: Plan your journey – is there a route with less exposure to the weather and less risk of fallen trees? It wasn't covered, and there was no For Sale sign, but I could tell it needed a home. The paint on the side of the car was in good condition, as far as I could tell.
