The companies had been in talks for some time regarding a joint project and this competition – a completely holistic, closed-loop approach to the building, sale and use of a car – is the result of their successful collaboration. We don’t know for certain that Audi will call the car they are planning to sit between the Q5 and Q7 will be the Audi Q6, but we’d be amazed if it’s not.
