Mitsubishi F4369 Flywheel modified to fit RG500 RG400 Gamma Suzuki pilot shaft. This flywheel is used many modern vehicles (snowmobiles).

The F4369 flywheel is machined, center is removed and a new hardened steel center is fitted on. Then the flywheel is machined and balanced to 20000 rpm. The resulting flywheel weights 1000 gr and has 115 mm OD.

This flywheel works with the original hardware (stator, CDI, Woodruff key, nut, engine covers). it is removed with the standard (RG500/RG400) flywheel puller. You replace your old, oversize & heavy flywheel with this lightweight and small in OD unit.

You save 400 gr of rotating mass and due to the smaller OD size you can fit bigger carbs as TMX35/38 mm or similar.

It is just a bold on part. It works with the original stator and CDI. If you use an aftermarket CDI, it is compatible with most of the units. If you use an aftermarket CDI contact before purchasing.

For a couple of aftermarket CDIs a brand new stator is offered in another sale.

Note that the sale is for the flywheel only.

Note that the original snowmobile flywheel is purchased used. Although every effort was taken to refurbish it, it might have some signs of its age and previous use. That is why the part sells as re-manufactured and not as new.  The flywheel center is new.

175 USD for the last 2 flywheels
