Jaguar F-type R coupe (2013) first official pictures
Wed, 20 Nov 2013By Ollie Kew First Official Pictures 20 November 2013 08:00 This is the Jaguar F-type R: a hot cat with a tin (or glass) roof. It’s the stiffest production Jaguar ever, and with the 542bhp supercharged V8 from the XFR-S up front, one of the fastest (and sexiest) too. The F-type R, which has 54bhp more than the F-type V8 S roadster, launches to 62mph in just 4.0sec.
Mini Cooper (2013) New Mini previewed by Mini Vision Concept
Fri, 26 Jul 2013The Mini Vision Concept has given the best indication yet at what the Mini 3, due to be shown this autumn, will look like. Mini Vision Concept: the need-to-know The Mini 3 will keep the familiar styling cues of the first two generations, but there’s a longer wheelbase and a waistline that’s rising more sharply towards the roofline, which lowers more aggressively than before.
Subaru BRZ tS is the ‘Sporty’ BRZ STI with no more go
Tue, 20 Aug 2013Subaru BRZ tS (pictured) more show – no more go When we ran the tease photo for what appeared to be the Subaru BRZ STI, we did hope this would be the BRZ with more power. After all, STI (Subaru Tecnica International) is the go faster bit of Subaru so it seemed to be pointing in the right direction, a direction lovers of the BRZ (and its sibling, the Toyota GT86) have been hoping for since it arrived – one with more power. But this isn’t the Subaru equivalent of a BMW M or a Mercedes AMG, its more the equivalent of BMW Performance Parts, where Subaru’s STI division have kitted out a standard car with bolt on modifications and called it the Subaru BRZ tS.
