Ford Figo is aimed at the heart of India's car market
Wed, 23 Sep 2009We won't see it on our shores, but Ford has used the Fiesta platform to create the Figo for India and other markets in the Asia-Pacific and Africa regions. Ford CEO Alan Mulally introduced the Figo on Wednesday in Delhi. The car will be built at Ford's plant in Chennai, India.
First Sight: Skoda Octavia

Car Design News was in attendance to check out the third generation of what the company calls ‘the heart of Skoda'. The Skoda Superb outdoor – a rufty-tufty ‘Allroad’ Superb estate – was revealed by Skoda back in June when it appeared the ‘Outdoor’ bit was going to be a bolt-on pack for any of Skoda’s Superb estates. But it seems not.
