This listing is for a New Single Layer 1 Piece Racing Fire Suit.  The size is a Extra Large (XL). This suit is a Classic RJS Racing Equipment SFI 3-2A/1 One Piece suit.  Color Yellow.  The suit features white stripes around the arms and a single white stripe down the pants and matching white arm and leg cuffs.  It has a Velcro collar and belt and an expandable waist so you can sit in a vehicle comfortably. Sewn with Nomex thread and a durable Nomex zipper. RJS has been making this suit for over 50 years and unlike the others, it is made in the U.S.A. This is a new item from the overstock inventory.   

This item is manufactured by RJS Racing Equipment out of The Motor City since 1959. One of the last American companies still offering American made products to the world.

Magna Electronics develops 'Touchskin' concept [w/video]

Electronics firm Magna is working on a new technology it calls 'Touchskin concept' that has the potential to eliminate traditional switches and instruments inside vehicles. As part of its ‘Intelligent Surface Technology', the Touchskin concept is set to be an integral part of a system that allows the user to control the car via intuitive gestures – such as pinching, tapping and swiping – as we've become so familiar with when using smartphones. The potential design implications are easy to see with the large amount of space made available by removing the traditional instrument cluster and its wiring and the removal of wired-in switches and buttons.
