 RJS RACING SFI 3.3/5 NEW 2016 ELITE DRIVING SHOES LEATHER MID TOP RED SIZE 9This listing is for the Newest, Redesign RJS Racing Equipment Mid Top Racing Shoes for 2016. The "Elite" Race Driving Shoe. These incredibly light shoes ( 7 oz ) are constructed from a high quality, two toned leather outer layers and a plush Nomex Fire Retardant inner liner. These shoes have surpassed the SFI 3.3/5 Rating. These shoes are designed for maximum pedal clearance with their streamline design, which includes a fine friction ridge detail for tactile hold and grip of the vehicles pedals. The molded soles are made of long lasting pliable rubber for increased longevity, vibration resistance and a cool tire tread pattern with the RJS embossed in the center. The Elite shoe has been been molded for supreme arch and ankle support for assisting in driver fatigue and duress. This includes an additional friction ridge detail patch on the outside of the shoe for an extra layer of comfort and hold. These shoes took 21 months to develop from a host of drivers inputs from an array of sanctioning bodies and venues. There simply is no comparison to the quality of these shoes on the market today which are offered at an economical price. These shoes are offered by RJS Racing Equipment out of The Motor City since 1959. One of the last American companies still offering American made products to the world. I stand behind what I list. Audi A2 EV won’t make production – but you knew that
Thu, 03 Jan 2013Audi has revealed that it’s dropped plans to put the A2 electric concept – first revealed at Frankfurt 2011 - in to production. Back in June 2012 we reported that the Audi A2 EV wouldn’t make production as Audi had decided that the market simply wasn’t there for a £40k electric city runaround. Now that appears to have been confirmed by Audi in conversation with Autocar.
Novitec Alfa Romeo 8C Spider adds boost for a sensuous 600 hp
Wed, 04 May 2011Novitec has laid hands on the near-perfect Alfa Romeo 8C to create the 8C Spider Kompressor, a car the tuner claims is the “most powerful street-legal Alfa Romeo of all time.” Heady words, but they're nicely backed up by a supercharged version of the 4.7-liter Alfa V8 cranking out 600 hp and 434 lb-ft of torque. That's up from approximately 450 hp and 346 lb-ft on a stock Alfa Romeo 8C Competizione. Tweaks supporting the force-fed mill include a water-to-air intercooler, custom injectors and revised fuel and ignition mapping, plus a variable stainless-steel exhaust system.

It’s...the celebrity-spotting reader-blogger No report from one of the world’s great motorshows would be complete without a wide-eyed fanboy list of all the famous people he saw there. So bear with me while I try to avoid sounding like Jeremy Hart or Piers Morgan while name-dropping furiously below (I know, it’s impossible, but can’t blame me for trying). Paparazzi pics provided where available. 1) Georg Kacher – spotted outside having a smoke by the entrance on Monday press day, as Team Thonon-les-bains (car4mh, Lokinen, Robby1977) battled their way to meet up with editor Tim. Georg really is larger than life. We didn’t get a chance to say hi, but Robby noted that being part of the international brotherhood of nicotine addicts wasn’t a bad thing if you’re in such illustrious company. Batty, we did not accomplish your dare, for all the reasons I mentioned in the forum and more. 2) Tim Pollard – ok, I’m cheating because we were working for him, but come on, the guy does great work for the website.
