 RJS SFI 16.1 CAM LOCK 5PT RACING HARNESS ROLLBAR MOUNT BOLT IN BLACK 30298-18-23This listing is for a New RJS Racing Equipment 5 Point Racing Cam Lock Racing Harness. The SFI 16.1 Harness has a 3" Pull Down Individual Shoulder Harness that Bolts or Wraps to the roll bar behind the seat. The Lap Belts are 3" Pull Down with Bolt in anchors. The submarine belt is 3" that will Bolt or Wrap. This is a very popular harness for most applications This harness is Black in color but if you would like another color please leave a note or message at checkout. The price is still the same for Black, Blue, Red, Orange, Yellow, Gray, Purple, Green and Hot Pink. This item will come with a current SFI tag within the month/year that it is purchased. This is also a re-certifiable belt through RJS Racing Equipment after two years and can be re-certified three times in its lifetime of 10 years. This harnesses is manufactured by RJS Racing Equipment out of The Motor City since 1959. One of the last American companies still offering American made products to the world. This item is NOT an overseas cheap manufactured part with a bootlegged SFI tag. Every Part of this belt is manufactured in Detroit, Michigan and assembled in Jupiter, Florida. Umea University students complete Saab collaboration project
Wed, 03 Nov 2010A selection of first-year students from Sweden's Umea University have completed a 10-week collaborative design project with Saab. Tasked with exploring new directions for the brand, students were encouraged to investigate the interplay of brand and identity. Each of them was assigned a non-automotive brand to reflect on parallels that could be established between that brand and Saab, whilst also capturing the essence of the Swedish carmaker through their project's concept, its proportions, surface language, details, graphics, functionality and material choices.
BMW M7 coming after all?
Mon, 28 May 2012Despite BMW’s stating they will never make an M7, BMW’s American boss Ludwig Willisch says it will happen. Three years ago the BMW ‘M’ anoraks got excited when they thought BMW was about to produce a range-topping M7, but it turned out the photos that elicited their excitement were simply a 7 Series with an M Sport pack bolted on. In answer to the M-anorak’s disappointment BMW pointed out – very sensibly in our view – that the market for an M7 would be tiny and that you could already have a 760i M Sport with a stunning V12 and 0-62mph in 4.5 seconds.
GM may use diesels in light-duty pickups
Mon, 11 Jun 2012General Motors is considering a diesel engine for light-duty versions of its redesigned full-sized pickups. GM North America President Mark Reuss said in an interview that a diesel is among the options for the next-generation Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra, which are due in showrooms next spring. Chrysler Group recently said it is considering a diesel for its light-duty Ram.
