Up for auction is a used rochester quadrajet 4BBL M4MC Carb. Number 17059259 for the 1977- 1979 Buick Olds, Pontiac 350R and 403 engines. Throttle plates all move freely and looks complete. Front inlet fuel intake. Hot air choke style. Also has the idle stop solenoid. Would be best to renew this one with a carburetor kit. I will answer any questions. Sold as is.

Report backs Scottish pay-as-you-drive
Tue, 29 Oct 2013SCRAPPING FUEL DUTY and car tax in Scotland and replacing them with a pay-as-you-drive system has been suggested by an independent think tank. The scheme would help reduce emissions, cut congestion and increase fairness, Reform Scotland said. The organisation has produced a report on the idea, calling for the Scottish Government to launch a feasibility study on a national and local scheme in which central government would "price" motorways and trunk roads and local authorities would "price" local roads.

Hyundai Curb concept
Fri, 07 Jan 2011Hyundai has teased its NAIAS concept, the Curb, ahead of its official unveiling next week, where it will debut alongside a production version of the company's Veloster coupe. The Curb is a compact crossover with a coupe roofline, tapered DLO and exaggerated wheel arches reminiscent of the Nissan Juke, and is similarly difficult to judge in terms of scale from these images. While its exterior appears production feasible, the Curb's interior would seem to live up to its 'concept' billing, with extensive use of smart materials and touchscreen HMI.
