Tiff Needell compares the 911 and F-Type
Fri, 19 Apr 2013It was a mere matter of time before somebody pitted the new Jaguar F-Type against a flat-six-powered automobile from Stuttgart. And while our natural inclination would've been to choose the mid-engined, two-seat Boxster S to mash heads with the 380-horse V6 S model, the lads at Evo had Tiff Needell compare the new Jag to a 911 Carrera Cabriolet. Citroen C1 Urban Ride Concept – it’s a C1 ‘Allroad’ Crossover
Tue, 23 Sep 2014Citroen C1 Urban Ride Concept – it’s a C1 ‘Allroad’ Crossover With the 2014 Paris Motor Show rapidly looming, car makers are busy rolling out details of their new cars and concepts due to go on show, and today there’s another from PSA with the reveal of the Citroen C1 Urban Ride Concept. Demonstrating what can be done to the, frankly better than you think, C1 City car, Citroen has applied a makeover that turns the C1 in to a funky little ‘Allroad’ for a bit more rufty-tufty around town. Citroen calls its makeover of the C1 to create the Urban Concept as SUV-inspired with ‘go anywhere looks’.
Toyota Prius+ gets a bit of a tweak for 2015
Thu, 09 Oct 2014Toyota Prius+ gets a bit of a tweak for 2015 It’s more than three years since Toyota took the Prius and turned it in to the world’s only seven-seat MPV – the Toyota Prius+ – and more than two years since it arrived in the UK. So it’s time for a tweak or two. The cosmetic changes to the Prius+ are, by any standards, minor and consist of the normal facelift fodder with tweaks at the front – new grill design and badge and LED lights – and the back – redesigned bumper, slightly different lights and some trim round the numberplate – being pretty much it for the exterior.
