Rok Straps 18 to 60" Adjustable Twin Pack (2 straps).
Model Cruiser: Color Black.
Previously known as 54" adjustable.

Adjustable ROK Straps are part strap webbing, bungee cord with unique flat design, a quick release buckle and sewn loops at each end. This is the one travel accessory you cannot be without and once you use a ROK strap you will never again use a regular bungee cord.

  • Unique flat, tough shock cord minimizes pressure on goods, reducing marking, damage and roll-over
  • Solid core of 100% natural rubber, which offers the best blend of tear resistance and oxidization, and extends the working life of the strap way beyond that of multi-fiber cores
  • Unique 'double stitching' ensures that the strap and buckles stay firmly together, minimizing the chances of breakage and recoil
  • Tough interlocking buckles last the distance and are gentle on your goods and paint work - reduced scratching and recoil
  • Tight-knit polyester braiding for greatest fiber strength, U.V. resistance and wear resistance, and to further protect internal rubber from deterioration
  • No metal in straps, so there's never the chance of rust stains or damage to your bike's body

New car sales surge again

Fri, 04 Oct 2013

NEW CAR sales have risen again in September thanks to rapid growth in demand from private buyers, according to statistics released today. The Society of Motor Manufacturers and Traders (SMMT) said that a rise of 16.7% in the private sector helped to drive a ‘super September’ that saw overall sales rise by almost 11% over the same month last year. The new 63 registration plate has helped drive customers to showrooms across the country, with the latest breed of fuel-efficient, smooth and quiet petrol engines selling particularly strongly.

Production versions of the BMW 7 Series & X6 ActiveHybrid will show at Frankfurt The Concepts for the ActiveHybrids were originally shown in 2008, and the production models are expected to be pretty much the same. They are in effect ‘Mild’ Hybrids, using a 20hp electric motor – with an additional 155lb/ft of torque – to add efficiency to the 4.4 litre twin-turbo V8. The electric motor will be fitted in the transmission housing and replaces stuff like the alternator and starter.

Check out British classic cars from The Queen's English

Mon, 28 Apr 2014

Some years, they get real English weather at The Queen's English car show, a gathering of the Empire's best (and few still running) British cars. Even though it's held in Van Nuys, in sunny Southern California, it has been rained out three of the last six or so years, with only a handful of hearty Land Rovers showing up and peeping out of their SUVs beneath bumbershoots. But this year was all glorious sunshine, the likes of which might never have been seen back in Jolly Old.
