We
can accept PayPal, All major Credit Cards / Purchase Cards (info will
be taken over the phone), Wire Transfers and more! Please contact us in
advance if you don't see your payment method listed. Just give us a
call at 775-225-1159!
How Long do I have to Pay?
Payment is typically requested within four business days unless
otherwise discussed, and non-payment claims are usually started after
10 days. Please contact us in advance if you need special payment
arrangements or options. Please only bid on or buy an item if
you have full payment available to complete the purchase.

Shipping
Shipping
Costs:
It is not our intention to make money on shipping charges. We only try
to cover actual postage, insurance & shipping / packing
material costs. If you feel a shipping quote is too high, please
contact us as we may have other options available to you. The eBay
calculator is simply one estimate and can be off at times.
Please note, we ship to the address you have entered into
ebay. If you would like the item shipped somewhere else,
please let us know so we can make the appropriate changes to your
invoice.
Turnaround
Time:
About 95% of our orders ship within one business day and if you let us
know that there is rush, we can almost always ship the same day.
Freight items usually have a 2 day turn around time. Next Day Shipping:
We can offer next day shipping on just about all our products even if
its not shown as an option on the shipping calculator. Please contact
us for next day shipping options. We usually can get products out the
same day even if paid for as late as 4:00 PM PST.
Combined
Shipping?
Please inquire if combined shipping is available before bidding. In
most cases I can combine shipping, however if the item(s) is large,
then I can't combine shipping and still be able guarantee the items
safe delivery.
Will
You Reduce an Items Value on the Commercial Invoice to Reduce Customs
Fees?
No, unfortunately, we cannot reduce an items value on an invoice or
shipping document. We understand paying customs fees is no fun (we have
to pay them often as well), but lying about customs fees is against
federal law and Ebay policy and the fines are severe.
Can
You Ship on My Account or do You Offer Local Pickup?
Yes, we can ship on a customer's FedEx/ DHL / UPS account.
Local pickups are also welcomed weekdays from 10-5 PM and by
appointment only. Please let us know you would like to pick
up the item before sending payment so we may adjust the invoice
accordingly. Please note, a small charge may still apply for customer
account shipping to cover the cost of packaging materials. If
shipping internationally on a customers account, please be aware that
you are responsible for all charges including customs and duty fees!
Packaging:
We take packaging very seriously and use only the best void fill and
cushioning products. We are proud to offer the InstaPak foam in place
packaging system! The use of this packaging is included in most higher
end and heavier / fragile items. We can palletize most large items
in-house and prep for freight shipment. Custom crating is
available at an additional cost. We feel the added cost of
the best shipping materials is worth it to make sure your products
arrive safe.
Freight/Items
near/over 150 lbs/ Very Large Items:
Many of our products are too large to ship through small package
couriers and must be shipped truck freight. Please inquire about
freight shipping charges before making an offer / purchasing a larger
item. We request you indicate your destination postal code, and
indicate if it is a business address with or without a dock / forklift.
This will aide in providing a more accurate quote. We have a fork lift
and get very competitive rates with all the common freight couriers. We
will need a phone number and address details to schedule a freight
shipment for you. As always, buyers are welcome to arrange their own
freight pickups. Depending on the size of the item there may be a
palletizing/crating fee. This fee will vary depending on the size of
the item. Please contact us for pricing.
Returns
Returns:
We do our best to present accurate and detailed information about every
item we sell. However, it is the responsibility of the bidder
to carefully review all item photos and descriptions and ask
appropriate questions BEFORE BIDDING. If you have any questions, please
click on "contact seller" prior to placing your bid. With that said, we
are happy to offer a 30 day no questions asked return policy, unless
the item is specifically sold "As-Is" or is listed as "For parts or
Repair" under item condition. No RMA number is necessary as
we get very few returns. Just let us know you wish to return and item
and send it back here. All we ask is you contact us before opening a
return request so we have an opportunity to fix the issue before
getting eBay involved. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will
cover the cost of return shipment. If you simply ordered the wrong
part, we ask you cover the return shipping. Refunds are processed
promptly and we have no restocking/return fee.
