The 2014 Mercedes S65 AMG (Pictured) spied on video ahead of an LA debut We’ve already had the new Mercedes S-Class revealed and its everyday performance version – the new Mercedes S63 AMG – has been unveiled too. But there’s one more S-Class to come – the 2014 Mercedes S65 AMG. We’re expecting the S65 AMG to arrive at the Los Angeles Auto Show later in 2013, but it looks like Mercedes are readying some promotional videos for their new range-topping powerplant in the S65, with a completely undisguised car caught on video.

Mazda CX-5 - the Mazda compact SUV Back at the Geneva Motor Show this year Mazda pitched up with the oddly named Mazda Minagi Concept, a compact SUV which we said would arrive in showrooms as the Mazda CX-5. And it is. Mazda has announced that the CX-5 will be going in to production and that we will be seeing a production-ready version at Frankfurt in September, which suggests that the CX-5 will be in a showroom near you in early 2012.

Audi Cam system – now rolled out across Audi’s UK dealer network – smoothes repair flow decisions for customers. Last year Audi introduced Direct Reception technology across its dealer network, allowing customers to see and speak to the mechanics (sorry, technicians) as they work on a car. It’s a good way to pass the time if you have the time in the first place to sit in a dealer’s reception whilst your car is worked on, but it always seemed more a gimmick than anything else; a bit like the ‘Celebrity Chef Kitchen Table’ fad.
