510 Race Engineering offers this Roto-Fab higher capacity ZL1 Camaro intercooler coolant reservoir that helps reduce intercooler temperatures and increase the performance of your LSA engine. This is a heavy duty black plastic molded tank with OEM style cap that is easy to install with basic knowledge and hand tools.

Due to many custom applications, this S/C Coolant Reservoir kit DOES NOT include additional hoses or routing instructions. Depending on your application some additional 3/4" Heater Hose and Hose clamps may be needed. If you wish to obtain our recommendations for routing for your application please leave us a note upon purchasing and the type of application you are installing this reservoir on.

High Intake Air temps become present when you start making more boost pressure from installing a smaller supercharger pulley and or/ adding an over drive harmonic balancer pulley. Especially on the factory 1.9L GM OEM LSA Superchargers. This bolt in solution helps curb those rising IATs which allows for more reliability and more Horsepower as we see first hand on our Mustang MD500 Loaded Chassis Dyno. By reducing the intake air temps, the LSA engines are able to handle more timing and make more power, and at the same time less prone to detonation and pre-ignition.

We use this Supercharger reservoir / Intercooler tank  in all of our performance packaging installs at the shop. The Factory like appearance under the hood also offers a very clean install without a very tacky object sticking out like a sore thumb.

We do not ship outside of lower 48 U.S. states. This includes Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, APO/FPO. Outside of the lower 48 all shipments go through eBay's Global Shipping Program. We ship your order to eBay's Global Shipping facility in Kentucky. From there eBay handles all shipment details.
By purchasing from us you acknowledge that you are responsible to make arrangements with the shipping company to receive your product. If the package is refused at the door or you aren't able to make arrangements to receive the product and the item is sent back to our warehouse, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

On the rare occasion a product seems defective we always recommend contacting the respective manufacturer first for tech support as most items can be brought to proper working condition with the correct technical information.
If at that point the item is deemed defective please e-mail us within 14 days of your purchase.
Document the problem, the respective technical support reply, your E-bay ID and we will issue an RMA # (Return Merchandise Number) for an exchange of the same item.
