If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the product you may return it for a refund minus a 10-20% restocking fee. The product must be in a resellable condition with all parts and instruction is original box. We can take returns without some of these items. Please call for more information.

We ship all items via UPS FedEx or Truckfreight if the item is heavy. You will receive an email receipt within 24 hours of your payment. We do ship items from several warehouses across the US so usually we can send an item from a warehouse close to you to expedite shipping times.
