Thu, 28 Aug 2014Mercedes AMG GT teased again – reveal on 9th September The new Mercedes AMG GT – Mercedes new supercar – is getting teased to death ahead of its reveal, and today we get yet another video, this time focusing on the AMG GT’s development process. But what we also get from Mercedes is confirmation that the AMG GT will be revealed, ahead of its public debut at the Paris Motor Show in October, on 9 September. So we shouldn’t have too many more teases to come.
Rolls-Royce teases Wraith before Geneva motor show
Tue, 22 Jan 2013Rolls-Royce has revealed the first actual photo of the upcoming Wraith coupe, which will debut at the Geneva motor show in March. The first teaser image was just smoke in the shape of the Spirit of Ecstasy hood ornament, but this photo shows the actual shape of the car. Last week we reported that the big coupe will most likely carry a 6.0-liter V12 engine that should create about 600 hp, and that the car will be about 7 inches shorter than the four-door Ghost.
Road Safety Group Asks If Driving Test Is Fit For Purpose
Thu, 17 Apr 2014THE Institute Of Advanced Motorists (IAM) is asking the thorny question of whether the standard driving test is still fit for purpose. This comes on the back of a new poll from Vision Critical and the IAM, which uncovered that 30% of young drivers (aged 18-25) admit to breaking the law during their first few years on the road. Furthermore, despite spending many weeks learning to pass the test, 68% of younger drivers feel that they need to improve while 25% admit to crashing.
