Edelbrock Corporation has six locations: four in Torrance and two in San Jacinto, California, totaling over 600,000 square feet. Headquarters include: R&D; manufacturing; tech support and more. Less than a mile away the Exhaust and Suspension Division design and manufacture high quality components using custom built equipment and state-of-the-art testing facilities. Our Aluminum Foundry and Motorcycle Division, where we manufacture carburetors for motorcycles, is located in San Jacinto. Our sand-cast foundry has been called "the most state-of-the-art foundry west of the Mississippi." In 2007 we will be adding a new Permanent Mold and Heat Treat facility next to our existing sand cast foundry, an over 8 million dollar commitment to "Made in USA" products and performance. In October 1999, we moved our warehouse into a new Distribution Center. All shipping and receiving operations were relocated to provide room for the expansion of our cylinder head, water pump and manifold manufacturing area at the main facility. Vic's Garage is located in the Distribution Center and houses the Company's collection of street rods and classic cars, as well as our extensive collection of historic photos and archives. They were moved to the shock facility in the spring and we are pleased to welcome the Russell employees to "The Fun Team." Sun, 10 Nov 2013The Jaguar SUV/Crossover (C-X17) gets Liquid Metal paint job for Dubai Motor Show The Jaguar C-X17 Concept arrived at the Frankfurt Motor Show in September as Jaguar’s first nod towards a sports SUV – although Jaguar consider the C-X17 a Sport Crossover, not an SUV – and, although dubbed a concept, it’s a firm marker for a Jaguar Crossover arriving in the next couple of years. That perception is given more credence by the arrival of the C-X17 at the Dubai Motor Show all spruced up with a new paint job - a lustrous Liquid Aluminium liquid metal finish. It’s a similar route to garner column inches Jaguar took with the C-X16 Concept (which turned in to the Jaguar F-Type) with extra coverage garnered after the reveal at Frankfurt in 2011 with a new white paint job - Neutron White – for the Los Angeles Auto Show a couple of months later.

Sat, 05 Mar 2011The Range Rover Evoque in Geneva came in a fetching shade of green We’ve had the roll out of the Range Rover Evoque piecemeal over the last nine months, from the first showing of an Evoque with a name at Kensingon Palace last July, through to the reveal of the 5-Door Evoque – accidentally at Paris and then officially at Los Angeles. What we now learn at Geneva is that Land Rover intends for the Evoque to be the most customisable Range Rover there has ever been, with an almost endless permutation of options and colours and fabrics and styles and… The starting point for customising the Evoque – beyond choosing either diesel or petrol, 2WD or 4WD and 3 or 5 door – is the basic trim options of Pure, Prestige and Dynamic. Then you’ll get confronted with the options for the exterior paint job; there are twelve of those with three different, contrasting roof colours.
