Mazda Tribute recalled for same fix as Ford Escape

Mazda is recalling 217,500 copies of the Tribute SUV--from the 2001 through 2008 model years--to fix a sticking throttle. The same problem prompted Ford to recall the mechanically similar Escape SUV on July 26. Ford built the Tribute for Mazda, as well as the Escape.

Renault has confirmed prices for the RenaultSport Clio 200, starting at £18,995 in standard spec and £19,995 for the Lux spec. Nissan stops taking Leaf reservations, has 20,000 on the books

Nissan has accepted 20,000 reservations for the Leaf electric car and said it has stopped taking orders until next year. Nissan began taking reservations for the Leaf in May. The Leaf, which is about the size of a Nissan Versa, is powered by an 80-kilowatt electric motor that produces 107 hp and 206 lb-ft of torque.
