I wish I knew more about these but what you see in the photo is what you get. The rubber and the clamps all look good and work. It looks like they may be missing some hardware to attach the to a car, but I'm not sure.

Chevy vice president Brent Dewar said the company is still ironing out the timing for the launch of the open-air sports car. It's been reported that the car will go into production in early 2011.
