Combined Shipments/Multiple Items

If you plan on purchasing multiple items please commit to each item that you want but do not complete the payment.  Once you have done so message us through the Ebay message system and request combined shipping for your order.  Once you have done that we will combine your shipping for you and send you a corrected invoice that reflects combined shipping for you to complete your payment.  Please note shipping will be charged based on the total shipping weight of the combined items.  There are some items that can not be combined due to the fact that we ship from multiple locations and don’t stock each item we carry in all warehouses. 

Payment/Shipping Information

Some of our items require immediate payment but most do not.  On items that do not we request you complete the payment as soon as possible and within 5 days. We accept PayPal, credit cards over the phone and personal and or certified checks.  However, personal or certified checks must clear our bank before the item can be shipped so this can delay your shipping greatly.   

We only ship inside the continental US.  We will ship items at our discretion, so if you use a PO Box please also provide a physical address as not all items can be shipped to a PO Box.  If you provide us with an incorrect address you will be responsible for any fees incurred to correct the shipping and get the package delivered to you so please verify your address on Ebay is current and correct. 

Return/Warranty Policy

No item will be accepted back with out prior authorization from our returns department.  Please call us at 865-688-4733 (Monday-Friday 9-5 est. and ask for Ebay returns) to obtain a RGA # and the correct return address, or you may message us through the Ebay message system and request a RGA #.  All returns must be in the original packaging, unused, and in re-sellable condition in order to be accepted as a valid return.  Shipping will not be refunded only the price of the part.  Some items are subject to a re-stock fee as well but those are determined on a case by case basis.  Returns must be requested within 30 days of the date of purchase to be considered for return.  **There are no returns on electrical parts or any part that has been installed**

If you have a warranty issue please contact the mfg. of the item that you purchased as we imply or express no warranty on any item that we sell.  All items are warranted by the original mfg. of the product and their terms and conditions apply in all cases and must be handled directly between you and the mfg. of the item.  We can supply you with proof of purchase if needed upon request.
