Nissan shares recall info with Carfax

Nissan North America said on Tuesday that it will start providing Carfax with information on safety and emissions recalls for Nissan and Infiniti vehicles. Nissan said it will share vehicle identification numbers of affected cars with the vehicle-history-reports site. Drivers can type their VIN into the site to see iwhether there are any outstanding recall campaigns.

‘Concept Cars by Bertone' is the theme of the 2014 Degler Calendar by automotive photographer Pitor Degler Jablonski, which showcases some of the most important and unique prototypes designed by the coachbuilder. Local Motors announces Pacific Northwest competition winners

Local Motors has announced the results of its Pacific Northwest design competition, which asked contenders to create a vehicle for the region's inhabitants. Taking into account nature's four elements - Earth, wind, fire and water - designers the world over answered a brief that called for designs that would enable drivers in the Pacific Northwest to 'thrive in the elements'. Competition entrants were encouraged to create a vehicle inspired by the elements or specifically tailored to allow the users to better experience the elements, all while causing little to no environmental impact.
