These are all made in USA and include the following: 1/2, 9/16, 5/8, 11/16, 3/4, 13/16, 7/8, 15/16, 1", 1 1/16, 1 1/8, 1 3/16, 1 1/4 Also includes the Snap On metal socket rail shown in the pictures Note - Only a few of these sockets have ever been used. This is a NICE Set. These are all in very good working condition with only light scratches, scrapes and wear from normal use (see pictures). No engravings or owners marks. Mercedes SLS AMG Electric Drive sets Nurburgring production EV record
Sun, 09 Jun 2013The Mercedes SLS AMG ED (pictured) set a new EV lap record at the Nurburgring Just as Audi decides that the R8 e-Tron isn’t a production viable option, Mercedes decides to prove there is potential for electric cars at the very high end. The Mercedes SLS AMG Electric Drive has been to the Nurburgring and set a new lap record for a production electric car of just 7 minutes 55 seconds. The SLS AMG ED, which goes on sale very soon at more than £300k, may weigh a chunk more than a regular SLS (550kg more), but it gets plenty of help from its four electric motors – one at each corner – to overcome the weight of its batteries with 751bhp and 737lb/ft of torque on hand.
Warning to car owners ahead of peak MOT time

Due to the registration plate change in September and March each year these months also see a peak in the number of MOT tests, confirmed by statistics provided by the Vehicle Operator Services Agency (VOSA). Data has also revealed that a key area for MOT failures is vehicle lighting, which can be looked at ahead of the test.
Concept Car of the Week: Toyota EX-1 (1969)

Not happy to have created automotive perfection with the latter, the Japanese brand went on to explore even more extravagant shapes and unveiled the first of the EX concepts series in 1969. While its bold lines are truly Japanese, the EX-1 looked like the missing link between the fast silhouette of a 1967 Maserati Ghibli and the hairy-chested heft of a Dodge Challenger.
