The famous Da Vinci Performance Firepower Booster kit "cloned" by Sifton Motorcycle Products!!!  We installed HUNDREDS of these kits in the 2000's (at $200 a pop installed!) when every custom bike out there had an S&S Super E or G carb, and everybody was looking for an edge in performance and gas mileage.  Anybody who ever watched the main jet spray nozzle of their Super G gush gas into the carb throat just WISHED there was a kit like this to even out the dispersion of gas into the carbs main venturi!!!  And DaVinci Performance came through with this excellent working product... it adds a secondary venturi and 10 hole fuel dispersion ring to a better main jet emulsion tube for smoother acceleration and better fuel/air mixing in the carb bore...

Uses original stock S&S main jets.

This is the single best mod we've ever done to improve the performance and fuel economy of the S&S Super E and G Series Carburators.  We never had a single complaint of any of the over 200 we installed on customers and our own bikes!  The two guys I heard dissing the kit over the years had tried to install them themselves....one broke the threaded insert by overtorqueing it... the other had air leaks that caused erratic feed due to not sealing the joint between the booster and the carb throat, as per the Instruction Sheet that came with it... (some guys just can't follow instructions...!)  Overall, it is a very simple kit to install, typically takes less than 30 minutes, and you'll feel the improvement immediately!!!

NOTES:

1)  "Overtorqueing" and breaking the brass nut that holds the venturi assy in place is NOT a "Warranty" item!  It is "Faulty Installation" (User Error #1) and will NOT be covered under warranty!  If you don't have a 'feel' for gentle torqueing then you should find a mechanic who does and have him install the venturi assy for you...

2)  It is important to 'seal' the area where the venturi meets the carb body throat for smooth fuel feed and no 'spitting' from 'sucking' air.  A thin film of supplied Loctite along the bottom edge of the venturi will do this nicely.  Gentle torqueing of the brass nut will do the rest.

3)  When torqueing the brass nut with the supplied thin 5/16 deepwell socket, it is advisable to 'hold' the venturi assy straight with a long 5/16 allen wrench or similar item to keep it from turning with the nut.  Too much torque will snap off the nut so please be careful!
