It is best to file off the end of the shaft to make it smooth so the new replacement handle will fit completely on the shaft. STEP TWO: Attach the new replacement handle on the shaft with the setscrew aligned directly on the groove of the shaft. Push on as far as possible. Use the setscrew and the Allen wrench (both included) to tighten handle. That's it. STEP THREE: Tell all your friends how easy it was.
