Returns

All non-special order parts may be returned within 60 days of invoice, if in new unused condition, in the original packaging and with proof of purchase. All video tapes, software, books and electrical items may not be returned! Please use the eBay RGA# for expedited refunds. Shipments must be PREPAID using UPS, US Mail, or FedEx Ground. Please include a list of the parts you are returning so we can notify you if something is lost in shipment. For your protection it is a good idea to insure the package for the full value. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment as the original purchase. Freight will be deducted from the original price if it was sold with free freight.

All orders are subjected to a triple-point quality control. Every part is scanned from the shelf to the parts puller's cart. Then it's scanned from the cart to the shipping conveyor. Finally, the part is scanned from the conveyor to your shipping box. If any part is not scanned into the box, the shipment will not go out and the packer will not be able to continue. Here's a car that will appeal to Ferrari fans and techno fans--the 1987 Ferrari 412 shown at the start of the 2007 movie Daft Punk's Electroma. The Ferrari is one of several musician-related items being auctioned off by EMI Group as a fundraiser for disaster-relief efforts in Japan. The car is in mint condition, still wears the HUMAN license plate as seen in the movie, and it has been signed by Daft Punk members Guy-Manuel de Homem-Christo and Thomas Bangalter.

Audi dealers ‘told lies’ about safety ratings

Audi A BBC investigation has found that Audi dealers lied about the safety ratings of some of the German brand’s models. The Watchdog programme sent undercover researchers into a number of dealers to ask about EuroNCAP ratings. 90% of staff lied about the Audi A5’s crash rating They found that nine out of 10 said that the Audi A5 had been rated by NCAP, with six out of 10 saying it had been awarded a maximum five stars in the crash tests.
