This is a custom silicone hose made for this specific SAAB model. It was manufactured by one of the global leaders in aftermarket automotive silicone hoses. Besides looking much better, the typical advantages are that the hoses are stronger (can hold more pressure) and can withstand higher temperature while also lasting longer than OEM. This set has the four major hoses that are part of the cars charged (turbo) air system. Why pay so much for just the throttle body hose (other sellers) when you can get the three elbows for not much more! Hose Stats: Working temperature: -60 to 260 degrees Celsius (-76 to 500 Fahrenheit) Working Pressure: 0.3 to 0.9Mpa (43 to 130psi) Bursting Pressure: 2Mpa (290 psi) Thickness: 2mm to 5mm, 3 or 4-ply (thickness and ply varies by hose size and function) Size tolerance: +/-0.5mm Made from silicone rubber reinforced with synthetic thread. While hose sets can be installed with basic mechanic skills it is advisable to have the parts installed by a professional mechanic to ensure proper installation.
