:

A good used set of SAAB 95 and 96 floor mats. Removed from a right-hand-drive car, so the left-side is actually in great shape with only minor wear! The right side has noticable wear and has been patched up with rubber and incredibly strong flexible adhesive (see close-up photos). Very hrad to find original mats. Removed from a 1975. Will fit the 95 and 96 back to 1970, possibly earlier, please double-check first. Nice and clean. Hard to find set. Due to the size, shipping is $27 within the USA or $22 within Canada. Please see my other vintage SAAB auctions

It’s the BMW 7-Series ‘Horse Edition’ to celebrate China’s Year of the Horse

Tue, 08 Apr 2014

The BMW 7-Series Horse Edition (pictured) heading for the 2014 Beijing Motor Show China is a huge car market for premium brand, so with the Beijing Motor Show on the way we’ll no doubt be seeing a raft of China Specials revealed as car makers seek to appeal to China’s still deep-pocketed buyers. Cars like the Ferrari 458 Italia China Special Edition, Audi R8 China Edition, Porsche 911 Turbo S China 10th Anniversary Edition and Aston Martin’s ‘Dragon 88′ special editions of the DBS Volante, Virage Coupe and V8 Vantage S Coupe are just a few of the China Specials Western car makers have bolted together to tempt the Chinese to part with their cash. Now we have another with the BMW 7-Series Horse Edition, which might sound like a special edition Land Rover Discovery but which is in fact a titivated 7-Series to celebrate the Year of the Horse.

Innovative ways to finance a Supercar

Thu, 20 Mar 2014

Ferrari 458 Spider – buy now, pay later. Those of us who can’t actually afford a Ferrari or Lamborghini, or any of the £200k (and more) supercars that stir our souls, tend to think buyers of such cars just flash the Amex Black and it’s job done. But that’s a long way from the truth.

Mitsubishi bringing i MiEV Sport Air concept to Geneva

Mon, 26 Jan 2009

Mitsubishi will show another iteration of its sporty micro-size electric car with the debut of the i MiEV Sport Air concept at the Geneva motor show in March. Building on the i MiEV Sport, which we first saw at the Tokyo motor show in 2007, Mitsubishi adds a clear removable roof and slight alterations to the front fascia. A lithium-ion battery powers three magnetic synchronous motors--one in each front wheel and one to drive both rear wheels--with an all-wheel control system managing stability and traction control, and ABS for optimal stability and performance.
