How does an Exchange order work? We send you a remanufactured unit from our workshop, you install it in the vehicle and then return your non-working unit back to us with the prepaid shipping label that’s sent in the box with the rebuilt unit.

After purchasing an Exchange order, how long does it take to receive my part? We ship exchange units within 3 days of receiving your payment(excluding weekends). It takes anywhere from 1-6 days by UPS Ground, depending on where you are, to receive the part. For faster shipping options, select the shipping options when checking out with Paypal.

How do I package my core for the return? As these units contain delicate electronics and can be damaged in shipping, you will need to pack it well. We recommend that you use the box you received from us, wrap the unit in a layer of bubble wrap and fill in the extra spaces with packing peanuts.
