Interior Motives announces shortlist for Student Design Awards 2009
Tue, 04 Aug 2009Interior Motives magazine, sister publication of Car Design News, has revealed its shortlist for the seventh annual Interior Motives Design Awards. Handed down by a ten-strong panel of industry experts, the shortlist will be further reviewed before three finalists and a winner for each of the eight categories - and the overall competition winner - is ultimately selected and awarded on the eve of the second press day of the Frankfurt auto show. Toyota to show FT86 Convertible at 2013 Geneva show
Fri, 01 Feb 2013Toyota is bringing a drop-top GT86 to next month's Geneva motor show. Based on its sublime lightweight GT86 coupe, the FT-86 Open (the show car has ditched the 'GT' name reverted to the 'FT' tag because it's currently only a concept) will be revealed in March 2013. 'FT' stands for 'Future Toyota', and Toyota has already started the media tease by releasing this sketch. Is the Toyota GT86 convertible confirmed for production?
