Up for auction is a copy of the OEM Saab Service Manual, 1971. This binder book is used in fair condition. There is a good bit of wear, interior pages show some dirt, grime, smudging, etc. I believe this was used in a shop for a good while. Although it's well worn, it appears to be complete. This is a well-used and rare item. If you are restoring a Saab 99, it is essential. 1971 is listed on most of the pages. *FYI - in another auction I am selling the matching Saab 99 Spare Parts Catalogue, Reservdels-katalog, M 1969-73 which includes extensive parts diagrams, images and parts lists/numbers. It doesn’t really show a lot more, but you can clearly make out eight exhausts and what seems to be a thin strip of brake lights running down a split rear screen.

The new EcoDiesel V6 will be the top trim level, costing about three grand more than a similarly equipped Hemi-powered version.
Nissan opens new design studio in Beijing
Thu, 13 Oct 2011Delayed by the deadly earthquake that hit Japan earlier this year, Nissan Motor Co.'s new design center in Beijing finally received a proper opening this week, when global design chief Shiro Nakamura showed off the studio as a new source of ideas for Nissan and Infiniti. Nissan Design China, as the Beijing-based center is known, "is not a studio to just generate ideas for China," Nakamura said in an interview with Car Design News. It's equipped to handle designs of show cars and production cars for both Nissan and Infiniti brands, aimed at customers in China, as well as around the world.
