Any item that needs to be returned must first receive a RMA number from our Returns Dept. All items to be returned must be in new condition in the original factory packaging and uninstalled. Warranty does not cover any return shipping charges.Any item returned is subject to restocking and or original shipping fees. Please note that installed items will not be permitted to be returned. |

Shipping is free unless otherwise noted to the lower 48 United States. Canada, Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico are not part of the lower 48 states and will need to be invoiced for shipping. Most items ship the same day payment is received if payment is received before 2pm EST otherwise the item will ship the following business day. Due to UPS shipping items will not be shipped during holidays observed by UPS. If an item is out of stock or oversold the customer will be notified of the date that the item will be back in stock. International customers and customers located in Hawaii or Alaska will be invoiced for additional shipping charges. Some items will be sent via USPS and others via UPS. Shipping method is determined by Eastern Performance customer service team for the best shipping price with the safe arrival of the package in mind. International Customs fees and taxes are paid by the receiver and Eastern Performance will not be able to modify the listed value of the item to avoid these fees. Fenix Automotive – the new supercar by Lee Noble

This is the new Fenix supercar from the real Lee Noble, and his fledgling independent supercar outfit, Fenix Automotive. The two-seater supercar unveiled in these photos will go on sale in the latter half of 2010, probably around September time.
Mitsubishi i MiEV electric vehicle priced at $45,660
Fri, 05 Jun 2009Mitsubishi Motors Corp. has priced its new electric vehicle at 4.38 million yen, or $45,660 at current exchange rates, and wants EVs to account for 20 percent of its global output by 2020. Mitsubishi unveiled the production version of its i MiEV battery-powered car on Friday, saying it aims for 1,400 lease sales to corporate customers and local governments by March 31, 2010.
Saab facing bankruptcy – again

Then, in the midst of the bankruptcy of GM, Saab went through a circus of possible owners before GM sold Saab out to Spyker, but Spyker couldn’t make a go of things and they too went bankrupt.
