This is a Saginaw 3 speed truck transmission.  Has the Truck bearing retainer, the bottom 2 holes are threaded for truck bell housing.  Has the 2.85 1st gear ratio, 0 grooves on the input shaft.  Completely rebuilt with all new wear items. Gaskets, seals. bearings, syncro rings, key & spring kits, small parts kit,  all wear items have been replaced.  Has gorgeous engagement teeth.
