This is a Saginaw 4 speed with an R10 Over Drive and a 2.85 1st gear ratio, no groove input shaft.  Small bearing retainer and unthreaded bottom ears make this a car trans.  Completely rebuilt with all new wear items. Gaskets, seals, bearings, syncro rings, key & spring kits, and small parts kit. Call with any questions you may have about this transmission or any other.  Case is 2035, side cover is GM6261886, tail is R10Q-1.

M25 shut again as lorry overturns

TRAFFIC CHAOS has been brought to one of Britain's busiest motorways after the M25 has had to be closed for the second time in three days - again due to a serious accident involving an overturned lorry. Today's incident, which is resulting in long tailbacks, has resulted in injuries to two people, with one in a critical condition, police said. The stretch of road shut is the M25 between junction 23 at South Mimms in Hertfordshire and junction 25 at the junction with the A10 north of Enfield in north London.

OFFICIALS in California have been looking to the future as they bid to legislate for the arrival of hi-tech driver-less cars. A law passed in 2012 set a deadline of the end of this year for the state's Department of Motor Vehicles to decide how to legally integrate the so-called autonomous vehicles - which were once the stuff of science fiction but could be commercially available by the end of the decade. The latest talks on the matter among roads officials focused on how the vehicles will record actions so the data can be used to reconstruct an accident in an effort to trace the cause.
