Jaguar Alive Marketing Campaign Launched
Jaguar are launching a new global marketing campaign for the Jaguar Brand – run by Spark44 – focusing on Jaguars as ’instinctively rewarding performance cars’. Jaguar are launching a new global marketing campaign to convince car buyers that they produce the most appealing range of drivers’ cars…in the world. The Jaguar ‘How Alive are You?’ campaign has been put together by Jaguar’s Spark44 Advertising Agency (which Jaguar Land Rover part own) which aims to show Jaguar in a modern context.
The Chevrolet Silverado lineup has expanded for 2014, adding a High Country trim that tops out the pickup's lineup with a chrome exterior and premium engine option. Pricing hasn't been released, but the current Chevy Silverado tops out with the Z71 and LTZ trim, which can carry prices in the mid-$40,000 range. The High Country Silverado will be slotted above those trims, but below the 2014 GMC Sierra Denali, the top-of-the-line offering from Chevy's sister brand.
Porsche great Hans Herrmann was inducted into the Sebring Hall of Fame, two days prior to the 60th anniversary of the 12-hour race. He was joined by Geoff Brabham, Autoweek columnist Denise McCluggage, Johnny O'Connell and Jim Downing. Herrmann's racing career spanned from 1953 to 1970.
