Up for bids are a pair of 2000 Saleen seats. These are in great condition with only minor wear and very little to any cracking in leather whatsoever. They are both 6 way power seats with power lumbar support. These are very rare, go search the internet and find even one set of them for sale anywhere and I would be shocked. will fit any 94-04 mustang and I imagine with some fabbing could fit in just about anything. Nissan LEAF: Fleet sales double
Tue, 13 Nov 2012Nissan has revealed that fleet sales of its electric LEAF have doubled in the UK, with overall Nissan fleet sales up 9 per cent. Sales of electric cars are not exactly stellar, but there is a light at the end of a very long tunnel shining dimly on UK EV sales – the fleet sector. Nissan has reported that its fleet sales in the UK – with 89 per cent of all fleets sales of cars actually built in the UK – has risen by 9 per cent so far in 2012, but the Nissan LEAF EV has seen its fleets sales more than double.
CAFE standard set at 54.5 mpg by 2025
Wed, 29 Aug 2012The final version of the new corporate average fuel economy (CAFE) standard was released today and, as expected, automakers will need to attain a fleet average of 54.5 mpg by 2025. The rules include electric and hybrid vehicles and—as of today—natural gas vehicles. The Environmental Protection Agency and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration proposed the rules in November, after reaching an agreement with automakers last July.
McLaren F1 LM Prototype on show at Geneva Motor Show
Mon, 04 Mar 2013The McLaren F1 LM Prototype is heading for display at the Geneva Motor Show as McLaren try to out do Ferrari in the history stakes. McLaren are taking the prototype for the F1 LM – the McLaren XP1 LM – to Geneva for its first ever trip outside the UK (it’s owned by McLaren and was promised to Lewis Hamilton if he won three F1 world championships with McLaren. He didn’t) and will have it on show as part of McLaren’s 50th anniversary celebrations.
