Salesman Samples Calendars 1941 1947 1951 1950 1963 on 2040-parts.com
Framingham, Massachusetts, United States
The first picture shows all of them. They are not in perfect condition, and I will describe them in order as they appear starting in the 2nd picture, from left to right. 1- Picture of Jesus on card. No date. Nice quality printing. 12x17". Some wear, but good condition. The calendar part, apparently had been affixed, but has fallen off and left some white remains. 2- Girl with chicks. 10x15. Some wear, but good condition. 3- 1950 Boy with dog. 8x13. Some wear, but good condition. 4- 1951 2 dogs. 10x15. Tear on bottom left corner. 5- 1947 Girl with horse. 10x20. This has a short tear at the top and a tear in the January portion of the calander. 6- Baby boy with dog. 1947. 10x20. This has lots of edge damage at the top, and a small hole in the upper left above the boy's head. 7- Baby Jesus, I assume, with sheep. Edge tears top and bottom. No calendar month on it. Same design as the 1941 calendar, but no date on it. 10x20. 8- 1941 The Capitol building. Edge tears top and bottom, and on the bottom left. 10x20. 9- Girl with dog in wagon. 10x16. Some edge damage. This one has six alternate pictures included, 8x10's. I don't know whether these pictures are original with this calendar. They don't look as if they are the same series as the one on the calendar, and they all have a set of staple hole on both sides of the top. One has a cut-off corner. 10- 1963 just been fishing boy with dog. 12x17. Heavier paper with nicer printing quality. Large lower right corner stress crease (was not actually folded there) and a short tear in the upper left, with other short stress creases. I used my camera's flash for these, and I think that made the colors look a bit more vibrant that they actually appear. The ones with calendars on them have only 1 month. If the actual shipping is less than what you pay, I will refund the difference after I ship.

Buy a Spyker Bond and get a cheap Spyker B6 Venator
Mon, 10 Mar 2014Buy a Spyker Bond and get a cheap B6 Venator (pictured) Last year, Victor Muller seemed to have pulled off something of a coup for Spyker by delivering concepts of the B6 Venator Coupe and Spyder to much acclaim, which looked like a car that could kick-start Spyker’s rather troubled business model. After a foray in to Saab ownership, Victor Muller lost Spyker to CPP, but CPP’s reliance on finance from Victor’s pal Vlad the banker proved to be CPP’s downfall and Victor emerged, somehow, back in control of Spyker. But despite Victor’s legendary ability to schmooze finance from the most unlikely sources, it seems he’s run in to a bit of trouble with financing production of the Venator, so he’s come up with a plan that looks to be a cross between a lottery and crowd funding.
MINI Countryman Cooper & Paceman Cooper get ALL4 4WD
Mon, 03 Jun 2013The MINI Countryman Cooper (pictured) & Paceman Cooper get ALL4 4WD We always find it astonishing that car makers ‘ration’ the availability of four wheel drive platforms in their cars, usually citing a ‘lack of demand’. But that lack of demand is usually predicated on the lack of supply, and increasing the supply of 4WD cars would see more sold, especially after a series of harsh winters where many motorists struggled to keep their cars in a straight line. So the decision by BMW to extend the availability of their ALL4 4WD setup to a wider range of MINIs is welcome, with the petrol Countryman Cooper and Paceman Cooper now getting the ALL4 option too.
Selling in the Motor City: RM Auctions hawks muscle cars, classic sheetmetal--and even a boat at Detroit event
Sat, 24 Apr 2010The steering wheel in a 1960 Cadillac Eldorado Biarritz convertible is surprisingly thin. It's oversized and humongously circular--but still startlingly narrow considering it directs a very barge-like Caddy. Oh, and the seats are fairly comfortable.
