PAYMENT INFORMATION 

Payment is due as soon as possible and no longer than two (2) days after the auction ends or you agree to "Buy It Now".

GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION 

We try to ship as fast as possible (usually within one day) and we like to help our customers save money. Therefore, if you purchase more than one item from us at the same time, we will generally combine the all items into one package if possible to save you money and we will utilize the USPS Medium or Large Flat Rate Boxes and stuff them as much as possible.

If you pay an overage on shipping (extra money), and we find a way to save shipping costs for you, we will refund to you that excess.  We will not combine shipping on items like shoes, delicate items, easily damaged items, or bulky items.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER SHIPPING 

Stated rates are best guess and IF we under-estimate by more than $1 US, when bidding you are agreeing to pay any additional amount, and conversely IF we overcharge by more than $1 and change we will issue a refund of excess. NOTE: For stated shipping rates, Europe = France, Spain, Germany ...all other countries in Europe may cost more for shipping so please ask prior to bidding. 

We are not responsible for any additional tariffs, brokerage or customs fees your country imposes on your package. We also reserve the right to require Global Express Shipping on any International shipping and/or Insurance.

RETURN POLICY 

We strive very hard to describe every product as accurate as possible.   However, on the rare occasion that you might not be happy with your product or it does not perform the way it is supposed to when you get it, PLEASE contact us.  

DON'T WORRY, WE WILL MAKE IT RIGHT.

If you are not satisfied with your item, then return it promptly in the exact condition you received it.  If the item returned is not in the exact same condition it was in when it was shipped to you (e.g., sealed item opened, tags missing, etc.), we will either not authorize a refund or we may charge you a % 25 restocking fee.

Please include with your return, your invoice and a quick note indicating the reason for your return.  Ship it to us via the cheapest shipping method possible.

All returns need to have a tracking number and you must purchase shipping insurance if the item was purchased for more than $50.00.  Upon receiving your return, we will either a replace it if we can, or give you a full refund of your purchase price.  If it was our fault (e.g., defective upon receipt, etc), we will even refund your shipping costs.

Some items may be listed with no returns accepted. This will be noted in our Ebay listing and the reason why.  However, all items we sell have a 100% Money Back Guarantee if the product you receive was not depicted or described as accurately as possible via pictures or written description.
