355 cu in SB Chevy.  23 degree Engine

I took in in from a good customer who had built a 410 engine, and needed lots of parts and help.

  It has 14-1 compression,

 H Beam rods,

either a Callies or Eagle Crank ,  not sure

GM FI Double Hump  Iron  Heads- Ported , nice job

  Double roller Chain,

Red Crane or Comp roller Rockers,

Flat Tappet,

Chrome tall valve covers .

I have not verified the brand of crankshaft or cam, and the racer I got it from did not know the cam specs.

Serious buyer can pull the pan and inspect ( pan is a old sprint car pan just to keep dust out as is )

Will make 650 hp on alky easily.

It has about 80  passes on it, and according to Jay Wordall who had it before , needs nothing except a nicer oil pan …

First deposit of $1000  gets it

Local pick up only

No warranty- as is Come and look at it .......

We like you, we just won't call you

Trusty readers have alerted us that they are receiving phone calls from people who claim to work for AutoWeek. These callers don't. We've also heard that these telemarketers are nasty--cursing, name-calling, all-around crude behavior.

Audi Q3: Production starts in Spain

Tue, 07 Jun 2011

Audi Q3 - production has started in Spain The Audi Q3 is the latest niche-filler from Audi, another soft-roader to mop up the seemingly endless queue of buyers wanting something high-riding and rufty-tufty. And if that high-riding something that’s a little rufty-tufty just happens to have a decent badge attached and comes complete with plenty of grown-up toys, so much the better. Which is why Audi has high expectations of its new Q3, with the SEAT plant in Martorell, Spain gearing up to churn out as many as 100,000 Q3s a year.
