This auction is for a SBC 406 CID engine kit.  All components are top end and this can be used for Street or Strip applications!


Included in auction is the following:


- 1 Freshly Machined 406 CID SBC (originally 400 CID) - Date Code = Early 70's - Block is fresh 30 over, Decked, Line Honed, Cam Bearings installed, Freeze Plugs installed, 2 Bolt Main with ARP Studs and Main Girdle!!


- Eagle 4340 Forged Crank - 3.750" Stroke 

- 5140 Pro Series Connecting Rods - 6.0" Length, bushed, 3/8" cap screw bolts

- KB Pistons Dome hypo # KB129

- Procomp balancer


All parts except block are new in box!! Kit is internally balanced.

Before production of the Viper ended earlier this month, Dodge made sure to send out the current generation of the V10 supercar with numerous limited-editions. Versions such as the 1:33, the Voodoo Viper, the ACR-X and dealer-exclusive models all trickled out of Chrysler's Conner Avenue assembly plant in Detroit. Ford to introduce inflatable seatbelts

When the 2011 Ford Explorer hits showrooms, its move to a unibody platform won't be the only major change. Ford will use the next-generation Explorer to introduce inflatable seatbelts for rear passengers. According to Ford, the inflatable seatbelt will help distribute crash forces across five times more body area, compared with traditional seatbelts.
